Describe my business in a leaflet

The writing piece needs to be written up into a Tri fold document using publisher or some other format I can present to the printers.

Please take the following piece of information

I need a Tri fold Leaflet to hand out and leave in shops etc. The leaflet write up is important. I have attached a rough copy of something I started as a guide. Need a minimum of 500 words. Please keep the leaflet informative and educational. My services need to be sold here. If you are good at what you do I don't anticipate this taking much more than an hour to two to do. The focus is going to be on women and Hormones.
