Deputyship Application assistance forms and process

My mother is currently in a nursing home and she has some dementia. I am working with a social worker to get the funding for the home sorted. The social worker has advised that I need to apply for deputyship if I want to be actively be involved with decisions for her moving forward. I have to submit an application to the Court of Protection. This process generally involves filling out the required forms which are numerous
