The interest is surprisingly good among health-conscious customers, even with minimum education about the products.

The good selling point in the case of the grain organic Millet and Buckwheat is they are gluten-free and imported from Eastern Europe, Poland great alternative that from China mostly available in the UK market. People looking for organic grains not from China as Chinese organic products can't be trusted.
