Create or Update a profile manual

I need someone to update our company profilemanual.Please see the link below: It's in norwegian but you can google translate and you will understand most of it.

The new updated profile manual should be more detailed. Below is good example of what kind of information that should be included.

There has been some confusion on what fonts to use,partly because not everyone has the DIN fonts installed on the computers, so we often alternate this with Calibri but i am open to new suggestions of fonts to be used that are free.

PS: The new profile manual shall be in English
