Description of every page: We are IT consultancy firm that supply Management support in the IT department. Similar to a recruitment agency, our staff are experienced and specialize in Incident and Problem management. Incident Managers in IT are responsible for owning issues that cause major disruption to the business i.e. mail systems going down, the incident manager would organize the troops to recover the service and sending all the communication out. The Problem management function is where after the incident we need to ensure that the failure is corrected at the source.
