Hi I echo the comments below. Is there any flexibility on budget? £9 per hour is an entry rate budget. I worked at Boots the Chemists as Healthcare PR Manager and have specific experience in the vitamins and comp meds sector, however, given the sensitivities and complexities of writing about this subject, the budget would have to be much higher. I think if you want high quality copy, the price needs to be reflective. I welcome your thoughts before I bid. Thanks Louise

I have a question and it's a very good one! Why do you seek 'experienced, high quality and expert' articles when you are only willing to pay the rate for an entry level writer? Just interested to know...

Hi can you tell me if there's any flexibility on your budget?

Hi, John,
I have a couple of quick questions:
- Would you consider an experienced US-based writer capable of writing in UK English who specializes in the health and nutrition field?
- Is it at all possible to change this to a per-article rate (flat fee) instead of an hourly rate? That usually works out much better for the client and is how most writers calculate their rates.
Thank you,
JenniferJohn E.18 Nov 2016Sure thing.
The market is in the UK (so as long as you can check for UK spelling - then, I'm happy.
Also, please quote for a flat fee (someone who has just bid on this project has done just that). It's actually my preference. -

How long do you expect a writer to take writing 1000-1500 words?
John E.18 Nov 2016Hi Anna,
A good few hours, with research, writing and proof reading.Anna P.18 Nov 2016Thanks, but it still works out as an ENTRY rate.
