Copyediting a book about EU and France.

A political book relating to the EU . France is a major subject matter. It has already been copyedited. i need some extra expert input on France and French dominance of the EU. The book is 30 k words long. All the hard work has been done but it needs some extra to make it fly. Some English person living in France or someone expert in EU law or politics would be ideal. Everything is on a work for hire basis. I keep all copyrights. No credit or moral rights given; it has to be that way to keep legal clarity. Suggested budget could be substantially increased depending on level of expertise.
