Copy writing of some 'fictional' persona profiles

I work at a leading road safety charity. We have recently researched the UK driving and motorcycling public's attitude to safety and skills, in order to develop personas that we can use in our marketing strategy. The result is 7 distinct driver and rider types, with different demographics and attitudinal profiles.

We now need to bring these personas to life by appending 'personalities' to them in the form of fictional characters.

An example of the raw material on which the personas will be based is attached for reference (there are 6 more of these which will be shared at next stages). This file illustrates the areas where we have data from our research. It is expected that the final published personas will include this information and more, in the form of 'fictionalised' characteristics to help users of the personas build a picture in their minds of the sort of customers/contacts with whom we communicate.

Our chosen supplier will be able to advise on the sort of content we should include in our final persona profiles in order to bring them to life and make them engaging/impactful (names? pictures? imagined emotional qualities? demographics? etc). S/he should ideally have had experience of creating successful personas in the past. Examples of these would be beneficial.
