Copy edit descriptions

I am building a hotel reservation website and need the descriptions rewritten for just over 3,500 hotels. I have included all the hotels and there addresses on the spread sheet attached which also includes some exciting description.

I need a common theme to the writing and descriptions with high emphases on short punchy descriptions. With all of them not being anymore then 3 paragraphs at the most.

Please make sure the current descriptions are changed as I don’t like the writing style and for SEO purposes the words hotel, ROOMs need to be included in all. But as your describing them that should be normal.
