Role Overview:
You will create well-researched, engaging content for finance and other educational topics, script and present videos for our YouTube channel, and adapt content for social media platforms. The role requires creativity, clarity, and data-driven performance tracking.
Responsibilities:
Research and write high-quality articles, blog posts, social media content, and video scripts on finance and educational topics.
Create YouTube video scripts that are engaging, informative, and SEO-optimized.
Record and present YouTube videos with clear communication and audience engagement.
Adapt content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Optimize content for SEO, social media reach, and engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and performance goals.
Track performance metrics (views, engagement, CTR, audience retention) and iterate content strategy accordingly.
Quantifiable Targets (KPIs):
Produce 20–25 high-quality articles/blogs per month.
Script and publish 10–15 YouTube videos per month, targeting 60,000+ views per video within 30 days.
Increase YouTube subscriber base by 5–10% per month.
Maintain a 100% on-time content delivery schedule.
Required Skills:
Strong writing and research skills in finance and educational content.
Experience creating YouTube scripts and presenting on camera.
Knowledge of SEO, content optimization, and social media trends.
Ability to create engaging content tailored to target audiences.
