Content writer for brochure

I would like 6 pages to 8 a4 pages of content for a brochure of course conent will be shared with images ect but i need a creative writer i know what i want but i need the writer to help me maximize how the content is coming across. From this site i have come across freelancers who try charging for edits and revisions. If you are like that please do NOT get in touch. I also need a cover letter too in order for it to accompany the brochure when handed across to corporate companies.
