Content writer /copywriter

I am looking for a content writer(creative writing/ghost writing/web content) to do the following:-
Create content on specific niche
Brainstorm content together on specific topics
Transcribe audio thoughts from us into an article or blog post
Work together on an ongoing basis
Do market research on topics related to our website and create a blog.
Good to have some web content experience
Sales page creation content will be a bonus
Be able to deliver on tight deadlines
