Content for new website, social media marketing and PR

I run yoga retreats in Ibiza where I am based. I am in my third year but still very small, offering 3 retreats this year. I'm in the process of creating a new website with a new name, new branding etc so I need content writing on the website to start of with.
To follow up I also need to improve my social media presence and help with marketing and branding. So a small company, but need quite a wide level of help.
