Description
Experience Level: Expert
Industry: Legal
Topic: Construction cases
Tone: Formal/Professional
Outline & Structure: This is to be formal but an easy read so that all of the important information is including the verdict is understood.
Extra notes: I am looking for someone to write frequent blog post (monthly) for our company's website. In particular the blogs need to be on legal decisions issued by the high court and concern construction adjudication (a way of resolving disputes on construction projects in the uk). All of the decisions are available via a government website and it's literally a case of extracting from the legal decision the relevant points to tell the story and then writing up a summary conclusion that assists the reader and gives them a pointer or too for the future.
A typical case can be seen is this link

Budget is negotiable
