Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
Information for the blog/website: We are a property and tenancy management company
Topic: Guide to moving abroad for expats
Tone: Informal/Casual
Outline & Structure: Cover every important topic which a family might need to know about before/when they arrive at Singapore.
Additional topics can be added based on your suggestion and on our approval, but the following ones are crucial:
Short intro of the city (cultural, weather, who lives there) Cost of living, Shipping personal items, What to do with your family home or your other properties in the UK while you are away (featuring London Shared's services - see our website for info), School system & schools, Immigration (necessary documents), Accommodation, Healthcare, Banking and Money, Taxes, List of consulates and Emergency Services, Expat Life and Where to Meet Expats, Before coming back, Useful Links
As a directive, we can say that no topic should be more than 500 words. They can be considerably less, but never more. Within this limit, the length of the topics can vary greatly depending on the topic.
Even if some additional topics will be added, we don't want to go over more than 10,000 words altogether - but if we decide to stick to the above topics than it should be between 5000 and 7000 words.
We will have this guide on our new website and we will probably structure it in a table of contents style, so that people can quickly reach and click on the topic in which they are interested at the moment.
Some sources were already found by us - please continue with an extensive search if necessary:
