Compelling marketing / Emotional marketing - Sales pitch page for website

This is the most important page of my site - not the home page but the page they land on when they click on 'Membership Benefits' the sales page that hopefully will 'HOOK' them in and make them want to sign up and join because they would have to be mad not to.
I have already written all of the content about 'What my clients need' and what I will give them if they join, and what their outcome will be after joining, but I am not a writer and have just been writing down my thoughts and reasoning's, I want someone who is experienced in marketing and sales writing to put the whole this together in a way that will educate my potential clients why they need to join me and why this will be the best investment they could possibly make in their business. I want them to know that by joining it will give them vision and clarity for their businesses.
I am looking to 'wow' my potential clients with the outcomes and beliefs if they work with me.
So, want someone to read what my present website offers and the new content that I have now (I have around 3 pages of content including existing content) I guess, this needs to be condensed to give the best possible effect without keep repeating the same message I guess - or maybe it should repeat it I'll leave that to you.
It needs to be laid out in the right order of importance to keep their attention and want to read on, but most of all at the end of reading your page they are sold on me and believe in me whether they join or not.
