The skills office managers need to have, The salary they are paid in relation to other Senior Management positions in a UK office (sales managers, General Managers, operations managers and HR Managers) links to payscale.com and reed.com etc and the advantage of the wide array of further career opportunities open to Office Managers due to the broad nature of their role.
