I am working on behalf of a client who wants to trial new writers to join their writing team (on a remote, freelance basis). The first job they want to try is writing a whitepaper that will be used as a free downloadable resource on their website. This will both test the writers knowledge of the subject, and their writing skill. We are happy to commission several writers to write on various topics in order to get a good sample. £80 is for each whitepaper produced.

The topics will be digital marketing based i.e. 'What is Content Marketing?', 'A Guide to Social Media in 2014', 'How Blogging Could Supersize your Business' etc etc.

The papers need to be written in perfect English, in short clear paragraphs suitable to the educational style of a whitepaper, but definitely not corporate sounding. This is a young, fun brand, and whilst the tone should be educational, it should also be friendly and fun to reflect this. It should set the business up as experts in their field, who are eager to support novice marketers, but ultimately the aim is to drive engagement and sell their services. Whilst we don't want to intimidate with technical/confusing language, it should demonstrate the importance of each area, and the breadth of knowledge required to maximise its potential.

Please take the time to explain your expertise, and your writing credentials. If you have produced similar work before then it would be great to see, but otherwise just an example of your writing will be fine.

Native English speakers only please. The fixed price is for one article. If you can design it as a Pdf (with branding and images etc) then that will put you in good stead and we will pay £100 for fully designed, ready to upload whitepapers, but finding quality writers is our main aim, so don't be put off is design isn't your strong suit!

We will happily share more details about similar resources, and the company style etc to those who submit well thought out proposals.

Ideally we would like this testing period completed by Monday 29th Sept, so please confirm that you can complete the work by then. For successful writers there will be much more work going forward.
