Article about Mergers & Acquisitions of SMEs

Hi there,

I'm currently expanding my business and am starting to explore the M&A world. My focus is in the Translation and Localisation sectors.

As such I would like an article written which discusses M&A from the perspective of both a small business owner that wishes to buy and then on the flip side the perspective of the business owner that wishes to buy. Similarly, some mention of the reasons fro Mergers.
