Through therapeutic techniques, during weekly hourly classes, mums/carers/dads will be able to slow down, calming there own bodies in-turn having a positive impact on the brain development and physiology of there child. each week mums, have the opportunity to check in with themselves emotionally, and recognize the individual needs of there own baby as well as theirs, thus allowing emotional space for both baby and carer

as children are not capable of 'self soothing' or regulating there complex stress hormones into an inner state of peace it is up to the mother or carer during the early years to teach the child how to do this, and this starts right from birth. by reducing the activation of the fear system in the childs brain and promoting a sense of safety and security, you are offering your child the chance to grow into an emotionally intelligent young child, having self with to make emotionally challenging decisions during those teenage years, and then and then finally with self confidence and inner self worth inherent in body an adult.
