A letter ideal Journalism, Legal and HR experience

I need someone to proof read, add text and change a very confidential letter. I am leaving my current work place due to the stress, manipulation, mental abuse that I am going through. I'm leaving and giving my notice but I want to give my reason for leaving as I don't want another hired person to go through what I am going through. There has to be change and the position needs support from HR.

It has to be moving and powerful because lots of people have left the role due to bullying, mental strain and anxiety. This is a very confidential letter. I want someone to write on my behalf that can transfer what I've gone through to the letter.

Would you be able to help me? I've already written some context with a help of a friend but I don't want to involve her anymore therefore need help to finish off the letter. I need to get this done ASAP please as it's my notice of leaving letter. I want to give my 4 weeks notice and I don't want to prolong the time.
