A call to action - emarketing letter

Hi,

I have an already made letter with a very simple logo simply created on word and the text is all written.

What would need to be done is to aim for a creative, a strong call to action, emarketing letter with my simple design retouched in a very professional, classy and creative manner. 3 links would need to be created and be able to be copied and pasted into various pages such as outlook email, expressbulk.com ( the emarketing co I will use to send my letter ). All word doc space will have to be used I mean the top. right and left side no space to be left but I will need to provide the draft to the person who will get the project.

I offer �30.00 however I want the person on this short project to be able to work under clear specifications until I get the right result as I know exactly what I want.

The person would need to have a VERY HIGH LEVEL OF ENGLISH
EMARKETING EXPERINCE WITH A GREAT CREATIVITY ALTHOUGH IS ALL WRITTEN I NEED IT COMPLETELY RETOUCHED and this also includes the background colour to be presented in a VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER .

I would like to be able to send my eletter by Tuesday so all work should be completed on Sunday at latest.
