800 word blog on Proptech

Hi there, I was wondering if you would be able to write a blog on 'How Proptech has disrupted the New York Real estate scene?'
We would need in a weeks time, we would also be interested in having future work if the blog works for us. We would be willing to pay £50 for the blog. There is a couple of websites that i can suggest to guide you with the content.
