69 category pages for an E-Commerce Site

I need content for 69 category pages on an E-Commerce website.

I need:-

300 words of content (Short description of 50 words, long description of 250 words)
Meta descriptions for these pages


I will provide a brief, which lists keywords that I would like you to mention within the category content, as naturally as possible. Do not stuff them in, if it doesn't flow, don't use it. I have also provided, H1's and H2's in the excel document. I will want you to include those in the content for each relevant category.

I will want this document sending back to me with each category clearly seperated out in a word document. I will be able to show you an example of how I want to receive the content back.
