400 Word Editorial Required. Estate Agent Sector

I'm looking for an experienced person to write an editorial that will feature in our local newspaper within the property section of the newspaper. We are a new Estate & Letting Agency that has been trading for 5 months and have much to shout about. The local newspaper would like us to provide a 400 word editorial/article about our business that will be accompanied with a photograph. We will need a quick turnaround with the final copy to be delivered no later than 30th May.
