35 Page (or Less) Brochure or book

I am need of a 35 page brochure/book explaining the process of building and maintaining a small garden focused on Urban Living. Copy to Picture Ratio 70/30.

If this is successful, I can promise a minimum of 1-2 additional like projects per week on various subjects.

I will need the project in WORD or PAGES and all pictures must be verified.

This brochure along with all pictures must be "anonymous" and may be edited.

Of course, all pictures must be license free.

Project will require all research.
