    So, you're proposing to pay $17 for a 1,000-article? This is not expert rate, it is entry level at best. And it is marked as 'High Value', which it certainly is not. I am afraid no expert will make a proposal.

    Is there room for movement in your budget? $350.00 is very low for 20 x 1000 word articles and you've marked it as a high value job, which takes 3 credits.

    Oh maybe PPH does it automatically...but it's marked as a high value job so when we submit a proposal it takes 3 of our credits (which is quite a lot).
    Is your budget set at $350 for 20 articles of 1000 words each?
