1500 word intro

I need someone to write a 1500 word intro for the following recipe book
"Plant-based Cookbook for Beginners
Whole Foods, 5 Ingredients in 30 minutes or less"

I have already had an intro written by someone else which I'm happy to let you see this as a reference before you go ahead with your intro.

On the attached intro you will notice the need for store cupboard ingredients to add to the 5 recipe ingredients used in the recipes. Please keep this characteristic in your intro. Although you will not be writing recipes I have suppled you with a couple of recipes so you can see how this principle works.
