1000-1500 work essay on life with cystic fibrosis

I am working on a healthcare project on the disease cystic fibrosis. We want to make sure that our team working on the communication project are all aware on what it is to live with this disease from a patient perspective. So I am looking for someone who can write a compelling essay on what it is to live with CF. Really from a patient perspective. Maybe you can work 5 hours on it, 2,5 hours researching on blogs/facebookgroups/twitter/academic research on life with CF (patient perspectives) and 2,5 hours writing. We don't need to learn about the medical side of it, just the daily life. It should have references to the blogs etc but the most important part is that after reading the essay someone in my team can really feel what someone is going through when living with this horrible disease.
