Write a promotional email for an ICT after school club.

Outline & Structure: I am running an after school club at my local junior school (KeyStage 2) based around the LEGO Mindstorms NXT set. There are aspects of engineering, software development, maths and a weath of ICT.

I would like to start promoting this to other local schools but I need a professional email to be able to send out following an initial conversation. Something with a bit of colour and imagery but not too flashy as it's going to schools who have notoriously bad computer resources.

It should probably be around 200 words and certainly not more than 500.
Extra notes: It would be good to have a call (skype or phone), for you to quiz me a little for more information. I have it all in my head but find a block when getting it into writing.
