Word Formatting APA Style

I have a 74-page word document that I need to have properly formatted.
When I added my report to the required cover pages, added a few tables, and removed some, the formatting and table of contents needed fixing.

I am following the APA style. All text (except the cover pages that are found before the abstract) should be Times New Roman size 12, black.

What I need for this task is to:
1) Relabel tables and figures (only around 8...) to match with the APA style
2) Renumber the Table of Contents
3) Fix the List of Figures/Tables
4) Reformat the titles, subtitles, and body to all match the APA style
5) Between each chapter, to add a cover page with the chapter name and title in the middle

I urgently need this within the next few hours as I am currently working on fixing some reference problems.
