KandiBase is a new social CRM system for Recruitment agencies. We're currently looking for experienced recruitment consultants to review the system and website content. We also would like assistance in doing competitor analysis.
We are only looking for people with previous experience working as Recruitment agent or Recruiter in a HR department.
Your expertise/advice may be needed for several mini-projects.
Deliverables:
1) List 10 features you find most important/compelling in your role as a recruitment agent (In this software and other Recruitment database software you've used).
2) List 5 Recruitment software (CRM/ATS) your are familiar with
3) Suggestions to improvements of copy/website marketing material
4) Answer the question: What your ideal recruitment software would be like?
