Two pages in word with nice tables and graphic

I am seeking planning permission to open a business in Pitlochry in Perthshire.
A part of the overall document I need to stick in a section in about Carparking in the town this website shows the car parks I need a nice table showing them on the map and how many spaces each have and a total number of spaces with lionkls to the proof

THe car parks are Pitlochry Station , Rie Achan , Atholl Road and Ferry Road. The reason I am showing this is because my development is taking up eight spaces xso I want the planning officer to see their are lads more.
