To prepare 1st draft of witness statement for brain injury client from notes -Legal

Hi,
I have alot notes from meetings/calls with client in relation to her injuries, symptoms and investigations taken over the course of 3 or so years from which I have created a template with many sub-headings. Sample of template is attached. I need someone to go through all the notes on word documents and to place into the appropriate sub-headings. I have started the process but do not have the hours to prepare the first draft from which I can take over. I need someone to make sure they cover every point and do not miss out or skip any of notes. Some of the statement content may be repeated as the content may be relevant to two or more sub-headings so they would need to make me aware that it appears elsewhere. A colour coded system would need to be agreed. I would estimate this will take no more than 7 hours. If they are good I may ask them to continue as more content is supplied by client which may extend the project through to mid-Oct. First draft required by 16th August.
