Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: Ongoing
Num. of articles: 25
Words per article: 100 - 400
Product url: www.londonsash.com
Details about the product: Wooden sash windows - repair and replace
Tone: Informal/Casual
Outline & Structure: Client Testimonials
(Have a telephone Interview with a client after work has been completed. Write up a client testimonial to be posted on our website)
Objective
The objective is to provide a number of client testimonials in an involved and personal manner. We need clients to explain their ‘client journey’ and the emotions and process they went through in arriving to before having work done. Explain what has been the benefit of having the work done and how things have changed since completed.
The person reading the testimonial on the website can then imagine themselves in the same position and identify and relate to the person in the testimonial.
Target - 25 Testimonials
We are looking for this to be an ongoing process with the initial objective to get 25 testimonials posted on our new website.
Payment
Each interview and testimonial write up will be paid and we will aim to carry out 1 per week for the next 6 months. However, we already have a back dated list of customers that can be contacted in the first instance.
A further payment will be paid if you are able to get the client to upload the testimonial to a google review.
The payment price will remain the same irrespective of word count.
Incentive – Each customer that takes part in the interviewee will also get a John Lewis Voucher to thank them for their time.
About you
You will be a people person. You will be good with words but will help the customer explain in their own words (guided by you) about their experience. You will live in the UK.
You will be free to organise your time as you like.
You will have an excellent command of the English language – written and spoken. We will need to have telephone interview before starting work.
Payment will be made promptly on completion of works.
Extensive research needed: no
Extra notes:
Points to cover
• Who they are – family, young, old, female, male
• What type of house they have , flat, house, mansion block
• What motivated them to have the windows looked at (very important – so people reading can identify with the same problems).
• How they found the process of selecting a company
• How did London sash interact with them
• What has been the experience of dealing with the team
• How have they found the product / service once fitted
• Why did they choose London Sash over other providers
• How did you feel about the staff
We can put together a series of questions to ask to make this process simple. A mixture of open and closed questions.
The write up
The interview and write up will be posted on our website under the client testimonials page. This will allow us to post a client testimonial with relevant client feedback without the client making any effort to do it themselves!
Each testimonial should vary both in description and differing emphasis on different items. Some will be short and some will be much longer. Anything from 150 to 400 words (let’s see how it goes). They should all tell a story though
Some may focus on the
• Benefits of having the work done (this is very important)
• The problems they had that motivated them to have windows look at (this is very important)
• Product
• Service
• Expertise and knowledge
• Quality of the fitters
• Variety of solutions
• After sales
Keywords
In order to help with our website SEO we will need to include some of our key words within the testimonial, although this shouldn’t be too difficult. Such as ‘sash window replacement’, ‘ new sash window’

Hi Simon
Do you have a budget for this? Either per testimonial or in total. -

I am an Italian interpreter with a perfect command of the English language. Could I work remotely through a Voip telephone?
