Script writing

I have telemarketers calling for Health Care Clinic. I need help designing a creative script that will maximize this to the public we are calling to. The clientele is low income and often have trouble finding access to doctors and transportation to the doctor. The facility does all of this for them and I need a creative script to say that to a apprehensive population. The script is to be used by telemarketers who will live transfer the client to the Health Care Clinic.
