Rewrite a letter of Sponsorship

I have been given a task to re-write two official business letters please can you assist my grammar is not the best. The letter should include the benefits of attending the program. Is urgent I would need this within the next hour. All I need a nice well written letter highlight the benefits of attending the conferences and what benefits it will bring to the individual and country as a whole.

There are other questions which I would also like like 2-3 different versions of these

Why is the Government of Zamunda Paying for you to attend
