Researchers required

Hi,
I am looking for some good researchers in the field of Supply Chain Management. I need someone who is an expert in getting research published in reputed journals databases like Springer, Emerald or any other International Management Journal. This is the main criteria of getting writer cum researcher selection.

Researcher should be able to do research on Electronic procurement and its adoption in automobile sector of India. Once done he will writer a good Journal format paper on the subject and get it published in reputed journals.

I am willing to assign regular work to the one and only deserving guy.
