Research challenge SMEs in access UK social housing supply chain

I need someone to research social enterprises and small and medium enterprises in the UK and the challenges opportunities for them in accessing UK social housing supply chains

This literature review should be particularly concerned with social housing supply chains and the challenges faced by social enterprises and SMEs in accessing them

I would expect this to take around 5 hours of web research and to end up with a dump of research from all over the internet of research papers and articles that discuss this topic and an Exec Summary of each of those articles so we are able to quickly understand each of them.
