I need someone to make a power point project about the following topics:

'' Identify circumstances where non-disclosure constitutes fraud and other circumstances where it does not. Why would the law say that some cases are fraudulent and others are not? ''

Requirements:

The PowerPoint Presentation (.ppt) should include a minimum of 15 slides of content. The presentation should include a title slide listing the topic, and a reference slide (or slides) indicating the sources from which the research was done. Please note however that title slides, reference slides and transition slides do not count towards the minimum requirement of 15 slides of content. There should be at least five references in the references slide, at least three of which must be traditional sources (i.e., books, statutes, cases or law review journal articles other than your textbook) and two of which can be online references from reputable and credible sources (please be aware that Wikipedia will not be considered to be a credible source). (generally, .gov, .org and .edu sources are more likely to be accepted as reliable). The PowerPoint Presentation should be written using proper grammar and spelling and should have a uniform appearance and flow from one section to the next. It should not contain any elements that would be distracting to an audience.
