O&M Information and as-built drawings

I recently completed construction of a commercial retail unit and require operation and maintenance documentation as well as as-built drawings to present to the client. This project involves compiling various existing information into a comprehensive yet concise portfolio of records pertaining to the completed building's systems and construction. The core deliverable is a single PDF file containing operation manuals, site diagrams, and a brief narrative outlining key project details.

The manuals and drawings to be included will be provided, requiring only copying of relevant specification sections and plans. Additionally, a short written overview of the project scope and components is needed. Specifically, the overview should introduce the site location and use, summarize major structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing elements, and provide contact information for future servicing queries.

Careful organization and formatting of the collected materials into a cohesive digital document is important for the client's ongoing facility management needs. Candidates should demonstrate experience amalgamating technical building information from various sources into a clear, straightforward portfolio. The completed PDF portfolio will then be presented to the client to serve as a permanent record of "as-built" conditions and operating guidelines for the new commercial development.
