Note taking at a writer's Q&A

There is a writer's Q&A at a theatre on Thursday that I can not make in person. I need someone to attend and take full notes of both Q&A, as if they were attending a university lecture. I would also like that person to pose a question to the panel and take a note of the answer. I would also like the consultant to take a Dictaphone to rest on their knee as a backup for the note taking process, again as if they were at college. (It is not a substitute for taking the notes). £ negotiable depending on experience.
