New business plan, multiple innovations, worldwide possibilities

Hi,
I’ve innovated novel PPE that adds a layer of protection from aerosol infections indoors.
I want my product made of post consumer waste plastics & all packaging materials are going to be made of recycled consumer waste. My innovation is needed Worldwide, even with vaccines there are still infections! I’ve innovated a novel filtration system, a drinking mask, clean fresh air circulation. (air travels the path of least resistance) & Novel cleaning wipes to renew adhesive properties.
I will have different levels of pricing for basic/upgrade/VIP grades… attachments that can be used with any mask already in use. I want to partner with Government worldwide to contract us to make I’m getting my filtration tested @Nelson Labs in Utah, I’m testing for .1microns particles penetration test & breathability. I want to be involved with EPA for large amounts of recycled plastic & waste materials. I want a rebates like bottles for broken old attachments. I want to get tested & approved FDA certification. I qualify my company to get DOBE (disabled owner of a business enterprise) certification. I have been invited to be a part of the i3 Project @ SierraCollege in Rocklin, Ca. starting Aug22nd for Fall semester. The project is strictly for building prototypes for novel innovations that will have a positive impact on society. Not academic study, inventions 101, prototyping. I need you to write up a SOLID NDA/DNC/investor pitch/LETTER HEAD/INTELLECTUAL PROPERTIES CONTRACT.
This is financials 5yrs just from 1 $7 innovation. In 2yrs I’ve innovated a few novel inventions!
