Job Advert Writing

Hi,
I'm looking for someone who can create an appealing job advert from a job description, as with the rising advert costs and also how many roles there are in the market I'm looking to do some A&B testing into do ones which have more appeal get a better ad response.

So if you understand how this may work I'd like to hear from you, and I don't want a childrens book writing but something non bias which can entice people to apply for a role.

You must be able to give me examples of your work, and if you have worked in the recruitment industry all the better.
