I need a 12-month fundraising strategy for a new 'education through sport' charity

Extra notes: I want to launch a new charity that supports disadvantaged young people in West London to improve their educational attainment by combining sport and performing arts with educational activities.

There are two elements:

1) Create an easy to follow implementation plan / 'roadmap' for becoming a charity - what do I need to do, how, etc (expectation is that charity would be set up within 3 months)

2) Produce a fundraising strategy to understand what funding opportunities exist how could we capture these opportunities, including the following areas: Dept for Education; Primary - Secondary transition; Focus on increasing access for disabled people in sport; Residential breaks; FE; PRUs; YOTs; DWP; JC+; SSCs (these were what we came up with in a brainstorm but very keen to hear what an expert has to say) - not to mention all the grant-making foundations which we have no idea about.

Happy to answer questions but want to make decision by Sunday so the job can start on Monday and be completed by Friday 31st Jan.
