I am doing a research project on the challenges of working as a virtual team with UK based clients who are also in the software development industry. You will be acting as the service vendor (who they are outsourcing their work to. Ideally you will have a co-located team based in your offshore country who you work on the project with as the service vendor and you will be working with a team based in the UK who is the client.


The interview form is 20 questions long and has one critical incident log. You must give detailed responses for each question. This will take you a minimum of one hour to complete if you put the effort into it that I require. 2000 words of overall responses should be the target.
