FOOD SECTOR: Research and Report Writing Required

Hi there - I am looking for support on developing a report for an INDIAN novel food submission. I have a list of requirements and I am looking for data relative to the requirements (there are basically two components – the manufacturing and the traditional use. Safety is the prime concern for both). A review of the production process of the novel food is required and research on whether any steps in the process have the potential to create a new chemical entity in the food e.g. roasting has the potential to create acrylamide and to what acrylamide levels. A thorough analysis and report on the manufacturing and development process. of the foods is required. Knowledge of the food manufacturing industry is preferred.
