Document filling

Have one document with a matrix in. Each item in the matrix needs to be put as a fixed header on a page. Approx 100 headers.

Then some of these have content that needs lifting from a spreadsheet into that page. Typically there's only one paragraph to copy and paste.

Section headers need to be 18pt, titles 14pt and content 10pt.
