An additional aspect of the project is the removal and replacement of a window opening with new framed stud walls and external cladding. A qualified consultant is sought to develop a thorough phase plan outlining the various stages of on-site construction works from commencement to completion. Relevant risk assessments must also be compiled to ensure work health and safety standards are adhered to. Experience with structural steel replacements and non-load bearing wall installations is preferred.
