Business Plan for App

I am looking for someone to give the template of a business plan specifically for an App and specifically aimed at raising investment from investors.

I already have some pointers regarding what i need but i need it to be more specific to my App.

Once agreed and completed i will fill in bullet points and information and would require the same person to elaborate and complete my business plan with all of the fine details. (This will be a separate project and paid for separately).
